is assigned a unique property code and we can furnish you with matching, professionally
designed signs or riders with the text codes. Now that approximately
60% of Americans use text messaging as a primary source of communication,

With AGENT511, the buyer is directed to the web for property and agent details, pictures, a virtual tour, and agent information. As the seller, you are immediately notified of the lead by text message or e-mail. That's right, when a prospect uses the text code, you are immediately notified and given their telephone number. Now THAT is a HOT lead. All leads are also reported on an easy-to-navigate private website.

For less than a cup of coffee you can: a) provide an impressive service to your clients, b) contact interested hot leads while they are looking at the property and c) establish a reputation for using cutting edge technology in your efforts to help your clients.
$12.50 per code per month, prepaid, is your cost. No required long term contracts. Pay with Visa, MasterCard, Discover or PayPal. We do not charge a "per lead" fee. You are only billed the monthly fee, nothing more. (Your telephone carriers charges for text messages will apply.)
We also offer discounts for purchasing more than 1 code at a time. Price breaks are available for quantities of 2,3 or 5 codes. If you like the service and would like to save a little more you can choose our annual plan. With this plan you are charged a fee of $125.00 per code per year. This represents a savings of more than 16% when compared to the monthly fee. Same great service, just lower pricing for your commitment.
Signage
Our signs are made from coroplast and are 6" x 24" in size. For an additional fee each sign can be custom printed with your website or company name in the lower righthand corner (call for pricing). Signs can be configured with 2 metal grommets, at the top of the sign, to help with attaching to your current sign (add $2 ea sign).
Signs are $22.95 each, plus shipping, handling and taxes. One sign is necessary for each code purchased. A discount is available for ordering more than 25 signs.
Wire stakes are available, for an additional $3.00 each, if you choose to display the text message sign seperate from your For Sale sign.
